First Edition Thus. Very attractive copy of this substantial [428pp] collection of tales, the first edition to contain T.H. Robinson's illustrations.
Light tan cloth illustrated with black, brown and green blocking and lettered in gilt. Top edge gilt, other edges untrimmed. Full-colour tissue-guarded frontis. and 11 further b/w plates by Robinson.
Slight shelf wear and minor bumping to lower corners but a clean, tight copy. T.H. Robinson (illustrator).
