Buying at a distance in the European Union gives you fourteen days to withdraw from the purchase, counted from the day the book reaches you. You do not have to give a reason.

How to withdraw

Write to orders@kakapopress.com within the fourteen days, saying that you withdraw and naming the book and the order number. A sentence is enough; you may use the model form below if you prefer. We confirm receipt, you return the book within fourteen days of telling us, and we refund within fourteen days of it arriving back.

Costs

Return postage is yours, except where the book is not as described. If any detail of our description is wrong, the return costs you nothing and we refund in full, including the original shipping. Please return books packed as carefully as they reached you: a book damaged by careless return packing can only be refunded at its reduced value.

If we cannot agree
