Commander Lovett Cameron Griffith, Farran, Okeden and Welsh, London · 1888
First Edition. Lovely copy of this scarce juvenile, dedicated to Richard Burton (the explorer). Publisher's illustrated olive cloth, all edges gilt.
Undated on title page but with code dating for 1888 at rear. Prize bookplate from 1898 on ffep but an exceptionally clean and bright copy. Stanley Berkeley (illustrator).
Written by Dr Jeremy Parrott, who has the book in his hands. Nothing here is generated from a catalogue record.
