First Edition. Scarce US first edition of this boys' adventure tale set in Borneo. Publisher's green cloth with gilt lettering and illlustration. 4 plates by Bross.
Bevelled edges, pale yellow endpapers. A restored copy with neat repairs to loss at head and tail of spine. One page a bit ragged but also repaired and neatly reinserted.
Now a perfectly sound and moderately attractive copy. Bross (illustrator).
