First Edition. Extremely scarce musical miscellany for children, comprising (so says the title page.) songs, nursery rhymes, dances, musical games, conundrums, riddles etc. The majority is musical score with lyrics + a few pp. of games.
Large quarto album, 32pp. Undated but with ownership inscription for Christmas 1893. Bound in original elegant cloth - diagonally ribbed bottle-green cloth with decorations in black and lettering in gilt, yellow end-papers, Small water-stained patch to rear cover else clean and bright.
No copy in the British Library. Very scarce piece of late Victoriana.
