First Edition Thus. Very scarce novel by Marai, in 2 volumes. the first and second editions were published by Pantheon in 1930; this is the first Revai edition from 1942. In original pale tan linen ruled and lettered in pink and brown.
Minor rubbing to lower edges and inscriptions erased from title pages else a beautifully clean and bright set. Most uncommon, particularly in such nice shape.
