First Edition. Undated (c.1880) first edition of this accordion-style album (leporello) of traditional costumes in the Netherlands. Original diagonally ribbed green cloth with elaborate lettering and decoration in gilt and red and enclosing 12 hand-coloured photo plates in carte de visiteformat.
Excellent state of preservation internally and externally.
