First Edition. Excellent copy of this major novel by the recent Nobel laureate. First edition, dated 1988, and the only edition from this publisher.
All Kertesz's works from before the award of the Nobel Prize are uncommon, this one more than most. Minor shelf wear to lower edges of paper-covered boards else near fine in fine pictorial dw. Very scarce indeed.
