First Edition. Good. Scarce first edition with 7 plates by Crane. 3 of these have been neatly hand coloured in water colours, in many ways enhancing rather than detracting from the book.
No childish scribbles or grubbiness. 32pp catalogue for Oct. 1885 (first issue). Minor rubbing to head and tail of spine and inner joints tender but quite bright in the very attractive pictorial binding. Walter Crane (illustrator).
