Theism

Robert Flint
London: Blackwood, 1880, London · 1880

Third Edition. Very Good. Third Edition.

Third, revised edition - indeed the best edition - of the Baird Lecture for 1876. Far from being an obscure piece of Victorian theology this substantial work (447pp) was the most thorough and dispassionate treatment to date of the age-old question - Is there a God? This book went through many more editions and remained in print well into the 20th century. In publisher's maroon morocco-grain cloth lettered in gilt, top edge uncut.

Lovely clean and sound copy, evenly sunned to spine.

Written by Dr Jeremy Parrott, who has the book in his hands. Nothing here is generated from a catalogue record.
