First Edition. Extremely scarce novel but this forgotten author. Publisher's blue cloth lettered in gilt. 348pp + 32pp catalogue at rear listing this book as a new novel.
Authoress's presentation inscription to her mother on front free endpaper and contemporary reviews pasted on to rear endpaper. Slight rubbing and soiling but a good sound copy. The only copy I have ever seen or even heard of.
Probably the sole edition of what may well be the author's only book. Signed by Author(s).
