First Edition. First edition of this lesser-known Benson novels, one of his studies of young men. Publisher's textured pinkish-red cloth lettered and ruled in black. 320pp, undated, but published in Autumn 1919, with dated publisher's catalogue at rear as required.
General vague signs of age to covers and neat internal repair to snag at foot of spine. However, perfectly sound and extremely clean internally. A scarce first edition and hard to find in any better condition.
