First Edition. Scarce and attractive book from the time when Paris was the fleshpot of Europe and when the French did things that other nations had never even heard of, let alone attempted. This book takes a wry look at the places where one, or rather two, can get up to sexual mischief, not justin Paris, but around the country and at various times in history.
Beautifully ilustrated with three-color plates and with delightfully illustrated and coloured paper cover. Paperback original, undated but 1913. Vague signs of wear but generally very well preserved.
