First Edition. Here are offered together two translations into Hungarian of Lady Chatterley's Lover. The first, from 1933 is by Dr.
Braun Soma and is based on the Secker expurgated edition. It is in grey-brown cloth lettered in black and red. Rear endpaper removed else a VG copy.
Very scarce. The other is translated by Falvy Mihaly from the unexpurgated Penguin text, published in 1983. Fine copy in dw with colour illustration to dw using one of Lawrence's paintings.
Both volumes are first editions. An interesting and unusual addition to any Lawrence collection.
