First Edition. Extremely scarce first Hungarian edition in translation by Csank Endre of Forster's classic novel. Undated but c.1930.
A completely new translation under a different title appeared in 1967 (also in stock). Publisher's light blue cloth lettered in gilt. Leading inner hinge slightly split but otherwise a lovely bright and clean copy.
Attractive and unusual addition to any Forster collection.
