First Edition Thus. Very scarce novel about Robin Hood. This is a copy of the third edition (first was 1898). 386pp text + 8 full-page plates followed by 22pp of publisher's ads.
Vertically ribbed turquoise cloth with elaborate gilt lettering and illustrations to front cover and spine. Slight shelf wear and spine lean but a very clean and attractive copy. Ralph Cleaver (illustrator).
