First Edition. Extremely scarce wartime publication, later combined with other parts and issued as a book in 1921. this is a 34pp stapled pamphlet in yellow printed paper wraps with folding map at rear. Minimal rubbing, but almost as good as it would have been when printed.
I'd be surprised if more than a dozen copies of this fragile work still survive.
