George Bernard Shaw
G.K. Chesterton
Bodley Head, London · 1910
First Edition. Lovely smart copy of this 258pp study of Shaw. Sullivan #15. 5,000 copies.
Chesterton's curt introduction sets the tone: "I am the only person who understands him (i.e. Shaw) and I do not agree with him". Couple of faint water spots to spine and off-setting to endpapers but nice in the pale blue cloth lettered in gilt, teg others uncut.
Written by Dr Jeremy Parrott, who has the book in his hands. Nothing here is generated from a catalogue record.
