E.F. Benson
Heinemann, London · 1911

First Edition. First edition of this uncommon Benson novel, one of 18 to appear under the Heinemann imprint between 1899 and 1913. Publisher's brown cloth lettered and decorated in black. 321pp text, top and fore edges trimmed, lower edges untrimmed.

Spine slightly rubbed and faded; very faint partial ring mark to front cover; rear inner hinge slightly split but still holding. Other than these minor flaws a very clean copy with no previous ownership marks.

Written by Dr Jeremy Parrott, who has the book in his hands. Nothing here is generated from a catalogue record.
